Job summary

CVS Health in New Jersey is seeking a Retail Management Intern for a paid, 10-week program. You will gain hands-on experience leading a store team, engaging customers, and learning daily operations under Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project and present your findings to leadership, while developing leadership, performance analysis, and understanding how decisions affect customer satisfaction and store results. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities
