Job summary

CVS Health in New Jersey offers a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship for college students. You will lead a retail team, engage customers, and learn day-to-day store operations with Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project, present to leadership, and gain exposure to the broader organization through market travel. Growth-focused program with hands-on experience in retail management.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program (associate or bachelor).
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business/Management, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Available to work 35 hours per week for 10 weeks on a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience leading a retail team and engaging with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and collaborate with Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support merchandising, inventory management, and other store operations.
