Responsibilities

• As Retail Management Intern, gain hands-on experience leading a retail team and engaging with customers.
• Work with Store Managers and District Leaders to learn daily store operations.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Learn how to motivate a team, analyze performance, and impact customer satisfaction and store results.
• Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking, including evenings and weekends.
