Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers, learning day-to-day store operations.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Motivate and manage a store team, analyze performance, and understand how decisions impact customer satisfaction and store results.
