CVS Health in New Jersey is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship designed for college students aiming to gain real-world experience in a Fortune 6 company transforming health care. You will lead a store team, interact with customers, and learn day-to-day operations under Store Managers and District Leaders.

During the program, you'll complete a business-focused project, present findings to leadership, and travel to markets to understand performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a successful store under Store Managers and District Leaders.
