Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year university pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, logistics, or closely related field; OR a recent graduate within 12 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Knowledge of purchasing rules, inventory control systems and accounts payable processes.
• Ability to research and gather information related to vendors, contracts, equipment and supplies.
• Ability to use computer databases to research, maintain and update records and files.

Responsibilities

• Participates in system implementation/business process projects.
• Contributes to reporting, analytical, and data enrichment activities.
• Reviews inventory data within Inventory Planning System.
• Creates analysis on market trends and develops analysis to support bid activities.
• Prepares system and business process training documentation.
• Assists with execution of training and system/business process rollout activities.
• Performs other duties as required.
