Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year university pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or related fields.
• Recent graduate within 12 months with a degree in Supply Chain or related fields.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of safety practices and recognizing hazards.
• Familiarity with purchasing rules, inventory control systems and AP processes.
• Ability to research vendors, contracts, equipment and supplies.
• Proficient with computer databases to maintain records.
• Able to operate light warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload goods and place into inventory.
• Review requisitions and place orders for goods.
• Review inventory records to determine availability.
• Assist in special projects to manage goods and services.
• Maintain records of delivered items and remaining inventory.
• Update manual or automated inventory listings.
• Perform other duties as required.
