Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year university pursuing a degree in MIS or Computer Technology or closely related field.
• Recent graduate within 12 months with a degree in MIS or Computer Technology or closely related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Possesses strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Highly accurate and detail oriented.
• Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business to evaluate their business and technical needs, define scope and document business requirements.
• Research internal and external solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and document findings.
• Create end-user and training documentation.
• Analyze and document business requirements; write queries and perform data analysis; design and develop, enhance or fix reports and dashboards.
