Job summary

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as incoming junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research unusual bugs or issues encountered by the company.
• Support IT team in maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
• Assist more experienced analysts with conversions, updates, and recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment such as printers, computers and servers.
• Run software updates and backups when requested.
• Review hosting options and report pricing and system options.
