Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a college/university pursuing an Operations Management, Engineering, or Business degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across plant areas including manufacturing, quality, production, HR, finance and food safety.
• Assist in writing/updating SOPs, training manuals, and process diagrams.
• Analyze production performance data and recommend improvements.
• Spend time in all plant areas with 2–4 weeks in the candidate's discipline for professional development.
