Tree Top Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Prosser Plant to lead end-to-end material flow and ensure uninterrupted operations. You will balance storage, inventory, labor, and demand while driving service, cost, and readiness during peak production.

Your day includes on-site oversight, safety checks, coordination with leadership and cross-functional teams, and LEAN-driven improvements. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm, based in Prosser, WA.

Competenze

• 3+ years in supply chain, inventory control, warehouse, or related work.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Strong planning, analysis, and communication skills; solid computer skills (spreadsheets/databases).

Mansioni

• Lead warehousing, finished goods shipping, raw fruit receiving, inventory control, production scheduling, and procurement of ingredients/supplies.
• Manage supervisors, administrative staff, and hourly teams; coordinate across plant, supply chain/traffic/logistics, procurement, sales, planning, and customer service.
• Drive operational excellence, food safety, and continuous improvement using LEAN.
• Maintain accuracy, throughput, and compliance with GMPs, HACCP, FDA, and OSHA expectations.
