Job summary

Polaris Inc. offers a 12-week Operations Internship designed for juniors and seniors in Industrial/Manufacturing/Supply Chain fields. You will work on impactful projects across teams such as Manufacturing Engineering, Direct/Indirect Sourcing, and Lean Manufacturing.

Placement locations include Twin Cities, Huntsville, Fernley, and other sites. The program features mentorship, networking, and a final leadership presentation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Must commit to a full 12-week internship, 40 hours per week, with available start dates in May–August 2027.
• U.S. person and relocation willingness required; sponsorship not needed.

Responsibilities

• Work on impactful, project-based assignments across teams (e.g., Manufacturing Eng., Sourcing, Lean).
• Participate in intentional programming, mentorship, and networking events.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership during final presentations.
