Polaris Inc. is offering a 12-week Operations Internship designed for emerging juniors and seniors interested in a global powersports leader.

You will work on impactful project-based assignments within a dedicated team, gaining diverse experiences across Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics, and more. In addition to hands-on projects, interns receive mentorship, professional development, and a chance to join a rotational leadership program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an intended graduation date between Aug 2027 – May 2029.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must commit to a full 12-week internship, 40 hours per week.
• U.S. person and willing to relocate; reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Engage in impact project-based assignments across teams such as Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics, and more.
• Participate in mentorship, networking, and professional development activities.
• Present outcomes and learnings to leadership during final presentations.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
