Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field with an expected graduation date Aug 2027–May 2029.

Responsibilities

• Work on impactful, project-based assignments across multiple Polaris teams.
• Participate in mentorship and structured professional development activities.
• Present internship outcomes to senior leaders at the end of the program.
