Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Minnesota invites motivated students to join its 12-week Sales Internship, a paid program for sophomores to seniors pursuing business with a sales or marketing focus.

You will work on impactful projects across Dealer Enablement, Business Development, Product Line Sales and Field Sales, with mentorship, weekly learning sessions, networking, and a capstone presentation to senior leaders. Location options include Plymouth or Medina.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree in business with emphasis in Sales, Marketing, or related field with an anticipated graduation between August 2027 and May 2029.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must commit to a full 12-week internship, working 40 hours per week, within one of the following date ranges: May 17–Aug 6, 2027 or May 31–Aug 20, 2027.
• Willing and able to relocate and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Dealers Enablement: trainings, development, and owner connections.
• Business Development & Channel: dealer policies and market performance management.
• Product Line Sales: program development, analytics, and competitive analysis.
• Field Sales: dealership experience and sales enablement improvements.
• Internship program activities: mentorship, learning sessions, networking, and leadership development.
• Final presentations to senior leaders showcasing career aspirations and internship experience.
