Polaris Inc. offers a 12-week Operations Internship designed for aspiring engineers in the powersports industry, with placement in teams such as Manufacturing Engineering, Direct/Indirect Sourcing, and Logistics. Interns gain hands-on project experience and professional development in a collaborative environment.

Selected interns receive mentorship, networking, and relocation assistance if eligible. The program aims to build foundational operations and leadership skills for a potential return

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field with graduation Aug 2027–May 2029.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Must commit to a full 12-week internship, 40 hours/week, within May–Aug 2027 window.
• Willing and able to relocate; must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily commuting; experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Experience impact-focused, project-based assignments aligned with business objectives.
• Be placed into a specific team (e.g., Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing, Logistics).
• Participate in mentorship, development programming, networking, and leadership activities.
• Present final internship work to Polaris senior leadership.
