Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative behind client asks.

You are the strategic voice on calls, with 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, and a proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA across multiple accounts while working with US clients remotely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a catalog of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Set budgets, bids, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind numbers.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
