Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid media, performance marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or related field.
• Hands-on paid media experience, with paid social preferred; knowledge of campaign workflows, creative formats, and best practices.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency with project management/workflow tools; Airtable highly preferred, with Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or similar.
• LATAM and/or APAC markets familiarity and working across regions/time zones preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus (English + Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean)

Responsibilities

• Support LATAM & APAC growth markets with day-to-day operations and project workflows, identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Partner with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, manage, and communicate project timelines, ensuring deliverables stay on track.
• Build and improve scalable team processes and workflows across channels and regions.
• Develop and maintain QA processes to support paid media campaign readiness, accuracy, and execution.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs and onboarding resources for easier adoption.
• Maintain project management tools, trackers, and documentation to ensure timelines and ownership are organized.
• Support cross-regional coordination across LATAM and APAC.
• Identify operational gaps and work with teams to implement solutions.
• Provide flexible project/operational support as priorities evolve.
