Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager. You will own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients, making the narrative and strategic calls on campaigns.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budgets, bidding, targeting and testing, and ensure reliable attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels. Collaboration on quarterly roadmaps is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth with data.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients and US-based calls.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
