Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You shape strategy, budget calls, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budget, testing, tracking and the 90-day roadmap for each client, driving retention and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement with campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and the numbers narrative.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
