Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budgets, and the roadmap, and be the strategic voice when clients ask why.

You will manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimizing ROAS and driving growth. You will explain the numbers on weekly and quarterly calls with clear English for US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, with the story behind the numbers.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
