Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Roofing, to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will guide strategy, set budgets, and drive the narrative when clients ask why certain decisions were made.

You are the strategic voice in client conversations and own the roadmap. You will oversee campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage bidding and testing, and ensure reliable conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Paid media experience for roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Handle budget calls, targeting, bidding, and creative testing
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain results
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
