You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, and agency experience handling several clients. Clear English with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for roofing accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and tell the client story behind the numbers.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
