Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC clients. You will own paid media strategies, budgets, and narratives for multi-location HVAC and home service groups, coordinating with clients on roadmaps and performance calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, craft 90-day plans, test creative, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels. Remote role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with examples you can discuss.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for HVAC client accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and trust conversions: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrative for performance calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
