Blacksmith Agency is a remotely staffed, AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC clients. You will own paid media strategy, budgets, and narrative for multi-location home services accounts, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

The role emphasizes owning roadmap development, performance optimization, and client relationships, with emphasis on English communication for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience in HVAC or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for HVAC accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present storytelling numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
