Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients across multi-location setups. You will direct targeting, budgeting, and the narrative in client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads with a focus on ROAS improvement, CPA reduction, and pipeline growth, while coordinating with an AI-first agency culture and maintaining clear English communication with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC multi-location familiarity is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4/Tag Manager.
• Deliver 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
