Job summary

RYNO Strategic Solutions is seeking a Paid Media Operations Specialist to join our team. You will manage new client launches across contracted platforms, migrate existing clients to newly contracted platforms, and help refine launch templates to maximize results.

Collaborate with the Paid Media team, Analysts, and Client Success Managers to ensure accurate tracking, effective campaigns, and ongoing process improvements while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of paid media experience in a fast-paced agency.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Hands-on ad management tools and performance-driven campaigns.
• Experience with data analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard paid media clients and set up campaigns.
• Coordinate with web team and analysts to align on goals and tracking.
• Support cross-team initiatives and campaign restructurings.
• Develop and improve launch templates and processes for campaigns.
• Audit accounts for best practices and deliver ongoing training to team.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
