Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Paid Media Creative Strategist to own the creative strategy for paid media and search campaigns, with a focus on static ad formats. You will develop concepts, testing roadmaps, and scalable strategies to improve acquisition and revenue across channels.

You will analyze campaign performance, track CTR, CAC, CPA, ROAS, and KPIs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership. This role partners with media, CRO, and analytics teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Paid Media, Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy for paid media and search campaigns, focusing on static ads.
• Develop campaign concepts, frameworks, and testing roadmaps to hit acquisition and revenue goals.
• Lead performance analysis using CTR, CAC, CPA, ROAS, and KPIs; translate data into recommendations.
