Ruder Finn is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Paid Media Strategy to join our Digital (DIG) practice in New York. You will support the planning, setup, and execution of paid social and paid search campaigns across healthcare and consumer brands, playing a hands-on role in campaign execution, performance monitoring, and reporting.

This role offers exposure to broader paid media strategy and cross-channel collaboration, with opportunities to grow client-facing skills

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in paid social & paid search.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with GA4 and UTMs.
• Strong analytical mindset and Excel proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital/integrated marketing, advertising or related field.

Aufgaben

• Support the set up and launch of paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta required).
• Monitor daily campaign performance and flag trends and optimization opportunities.
• Support paid search campaigns including keyword research and ad copy.
• Assist in data reporting, GA4 data pulls, and campaign insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in client meetings.
