Job summary

Enterprise Holdings offers a Management Internship in Torrington, CT for university students. This paid, full-time internship runs 40 hours per week and is designed to build business and leadership skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program with anticipated graduation date Aug 2027–Aug 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at collegiate level or above.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour.
• Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, start in a training class on May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and end Aug 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a fleet of vehicles and assist customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
