Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Connecticut is offering a Management Internship designed to build business and leadership skills for university students. You will join a paid, full-time internship at 40 hours per week with a starting pay of $19 per hour and opportunities to learn fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies.

As an intern, you’ll work alongside peers in a team-oriented environment, gain practical experience from day one, and be eligible for benefits such as employee

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Must have experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, start in a training class on either May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and participate through the end of the internship on August 6, 2027.
