Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Torrington, CT, for a full-time 40-hour week with a starting rate of $19.00 per hour. The program is designed for university students to gain real-world management experience from day one and compete in projects alongside full-time colleagues.

Participants will learn fleet operations, customer service, marketing, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.

Qualificações

Must be at least 18 years old.
Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university.
Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour.
Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and start in a training class on May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and end August 6, 2027.

Responsabilidades

Develop fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies and relationships with customers and coworkers.
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.
