Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Brooklyn, CT offers a paid Management Internship for university students. The program is full-time (40 hours/week) with a starting rate of $19.00 per hour.

You’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and gain leadership skills alongside peers in a team-based setting. As an intern, you’ll help manage fleets, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies while forming relationships with coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with anticipated graduation between Aug 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or athletics at collegiate level or above.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in intern projects and friendly competition with peers.
