The internship includes real-world projects, mentorship, and growth opportunities, with a starting pay of $19 per hour and benefits such as employee discounts and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with anticipated graduation between August 2027 and August 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at collegiate level or above.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willing to accept pay of $19.00/hour.
• Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, start in training on May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and end August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop management and leadership skills through hands-on assignments managing a fleet and customers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Learn marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
