Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Waterbury, CT is offering a Management Internship that provides real-world management experience to university students. From day one, interns participate in challenging projects, closely mirroring the responsibilities of entry-level professionals, with a focus on leadership and customer interactions.

The paid internship runs full-time for the summer, with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Rising senior enrolled full time in a bachelor’s degree program at a 4-year college or university with anticipated graduation date between Aug 2027 and Aug 2028.
Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
Not require work sponsorship to work in the United States.
Willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour.
Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week; start in training May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027 and end August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

Manage a fleet of vehicles and support customers in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute to marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
Engage in intern projects, competitive activities and potential performance incentives.
