Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a Management Internship that provides paid, full-time experience designed to build business and leadership skills for university students. From day one you will work in a team-based environment alongside peers who support learning, growth and engagement.

The internship runs 40 hours per week with a starting wage of $19.00/hour and is located in the East Hartford, CT area. You will rotate through experiences that mirror our Management Trainees, tackling fleet

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and August 2028.
Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related incident on record in the past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
Pay rate of $19.00/hour.
Willing to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week; training class start dates May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027; internship through August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers and build relationships.
Develop marketing strategies and engage in team-based projects during the internship.
Complete intern projects and participate in performance incentives and referrals where applicable.
