Job summary

Enterprise Management Internship in Columbus offers university students real-world business experience. You’ll work part-time during a 12-week program starting January 2027, earning $17/hour with a minimum 20-hour week.

You’ll be placed in a team-oriented environment, gaining exposure to fleet management, customer service, and marketing activities while receiving mentorship and opportunities for performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's program full time, with no more than 2 semesters before graduation. (Graduating between Spring of '27 and December of '27)
• Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership experience.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have satisfactory background check including driving record, employment references and education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply skills to manage vehicle fleets and assist customers.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete internship projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Learn hands-on through real-world tasks and mentorship throughout the program.
