Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Columbus, OH is offering a Summer 2026 Management Trainee Internship. The paid program runs May 19, 2026 to August 14, 2026 and pays $17 per hour.

Interns will join a team-based environment, gain leadership skills, and tackle real business challenges alongside first-year professionals. As a paid 12-week internship, you’ll be placed in a dynamic role focused on managing a fleet, serving customers, and shaping marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating May 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for 10-12 weeks (May 2026 – August 2026).
• Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles and support customers in daily operations.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly team competition.
