Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a university student for its Management Internship in Columbus, IN. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience to help run a business, lead teams and deliver customer value while earning a paid internship.

You’ll rotate through fleet management, sales, customer service and marketing, working with mentors who will help you learn, grow and have fun. This internship begins in January 2027.

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled full-time in a 4-year bachelor's program graduating May 2027.
• At least 3 months experience in two or more areas: sales, customer service, management, athletics, leadership.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in last 2 years.
• Able to work 25 hours per week around school schedule.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and serve customers.
• Create and implement marketing strategies and build customer relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
