Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be a current Senior in your bachelor's degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, to include a weekend rotation once a month.

Responsibilities

• For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees.
• We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
