Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Indianapolis, IN for May 2027 start. It is a paid internship paying $16 per hour, with a 25–40 hour weekly schedule designed to accommodate student commitments.

As an intern, you’ll gain real-world experience, work on projects across fleet management, customer care, and marketing, and compete with peers while learning from experienced professionals on a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a 4-year college or university graduating between August 2027 - May 2028
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 2 years.
• Must be able to work 25 - 40 hours per week (we work around your school schedule)
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (i.e. DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• 10 - 12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of Training in May

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities.
• For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
