Job summary

Unum is seeking a Paid Leave Consultant to drive corporate and statutory PFML programs. The role leads project groups, influences processes, and defines system requirements to support new state programs.

You will serve as a subject matter expert for PFML workflows and lead implementations of paid leave policies across corporate and statutory needs. You will represent Unum in client meetings and webinars, coordinating with legal, implementation, and benefits teams to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex paid leave projects is preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into defined project goals.

Responsibilities

• Delivers results for large/complex cross-functional initiatives within timeframes and quality measures.
• Leads SMEs from multiple functions to develop PFML statutory offerings.
