Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week internship in Landscape Maintenance in the United States. The program provides hands-on field training, job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership, plus dedicated mentorship and leadership development.

You’ll rotate through field and office operations, gain practical industry exposure, and build a professional network. Top performers may be considered for full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in computers and common software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
