Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in related fields (Horticulture, Turf, Agribusiness, Business/Operations/Construction Management).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in field/office environments.
• Proficient with computers and common software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-12 week, paid internship program.
• Gain hands-on experience in field operations and branch activities.
• Shadow Project Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations to learn daily workflows.
• Receive mentorship and leadership development throughout the internship.
