You'll develop practical skills, build industry knowledge, and connect with professionals, with potential for a full-time role after graduation. This field-focused program emphasizes field operations and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, business/operations/construction management or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to support a variety of operational needs as part of a team.
• Comfortable in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with PM, Estimating, Sales and Operations teams.
• Dedicated mentorship guiding progress and professional development.
• Leadership development and professional etiquette training.
