L’Oréal USA invites ambitious students to join a 11-week paid Summer Internship Program. You will be fully integrated into day-to-day activities and lead your own strategic project to showcase your potential for a future with L’Oréal.

You will work in a hybrid environment, across NJ/NY offices, with housing assistance eligibility and a mentorship program guiding your professional development. The program emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and sustainable innovation at L’Oréal.

Qualifications

• Ambitious students enrolled in a 4-year college or university with expected graduation between December 2027 and July 2028
• Minimum GPA 3.5 is required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required

Responsibilities

• Work in one of several IT-focused tracks (Retail IT, Digital IT, Enterprise Infrastructure & Architecture, Cyber Security, Strategy & Governance, Business Applications)
• Lead your own individual strategic project to present to senior management
• Assist and learn across Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, Research & Innovation and Marketing functions
