Job summary

L’Oréal USA invites ambitious students to join a paid summer internship program spanning IT and business areas in NJ/NY. The 11-week internship includes mentoring, a leadership project, and a chance to present to senior leadership.

Interns gain real responsibilities during the program with housing/relocation support where eligible and may be considered for a full-time Management Trainee path. Hybrid work locations include Berkeley Heights or NYC area.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 4-year college or university and expected to graduate between Dec 2027 and Jul 2028.
• Willing to relocate to NJ/NY offices for summer internship opportunities.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required.

Responsibilities

• Work in Retail IT, Digital IT, Enterprise Infrastructure and Architecture, Cyber Security, Strategy and Governance or Business Applications during the internship.
• Lead an individual project with strategic business impact and present to senior management.
• Collaborate with teams across Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Marketing to understand technology support for multiple functions.
