Job summary

L’Oréal USA invites ambitious students to join its 11-week paid Summer Internship in finance. You will work on day-to-day tasks like category analysis, budgeting, and financial data generation while leading your own strategic project.

A mentor and buddy program supports your development, with a final presentation to senior leaders for potential full-time opportunities. Roll onto a team within one of three finance areas: brand P&L management, consolidation & analysis, or manufacturing/supply

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a 4-year college or university with expected graduation between Dec 2027–Jul 2028.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA and willingness to relocate to USA offices with internship opportunities.
• Internship includes full-time responsibilities and a mentor/buddy program.

Responsibilities

• Dive into finance tasks: category analysis, process improvement, systems enhancement.
• Generate and analyze financial data to support profitable brand strategies.
• Monitor actual results vs budgets, trends, and forecasts.
• Evaluate ROI of strategic decisions and support cross-functional teams.
• Own a project or group project with senior leadership presentation.
