Job summary

L'Oréal USA invites ambitious students to join its Summer Internship Program, a paid 11-week experience tightly integrated with day-to-day team activities. You will lead a personal HR project, present to senior leaders, and gain exposure to multiple HR functions across the business.

A mentor and buddy support your development, with housing assistance offered on eligibility. Participants will work in a hybrid setup, split between office days and remote work, and may receive relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university and expected to graduate between December 2027 - July 2028.
• Ambitious, innovative thinker who wants to explore the beauty industry and develop leadership potential.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Own an individual project with strategic business impact and present to senior leaders.
• Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend HR-related solutions.
• Experience hands-on HR generalist responsibilities, working with HRIS and reporting systems.
• Engage teams and share HR best practices; network across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I and Sales.
