Job summary

L’Oréal USA invites ambitious students to join a paid 11-week Summer Internship Program that integrates you into daily finance activities and assigns you a personal strategic project to own. You will rotate across finance areas and present insights to senior management at the end of the summer.

You will work across Brand/P&L management, financial consolidation, and manufacturing/operations rotations while receiving mentorship, housing assistance eligibility, and opportunities to present findings

Qualifications

• Ambitious student enrolled in a 4-year college or university graduating between Dec 2027–Jul 2028.
• Willing to relocate to any USA-based office offering summer internships including NY, Clark (NJ), Tampa (FL).
• Authorization to work in the United States full-time without immigration sponsorship.
• No prior industry experience required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Dive into the world of finance through day-to-day tasks like category analysis, process improvement, systems enhancement, and more.
• Generate and analyze financial data to recommend profitable strategies for L’Oréal brands.
• Monitor actual results vs. budgets, trends, and forecasts.
• Evaluate ROI of strategic decisions to manage brand Profit & Loss statements.
• Provide financial support across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Own an individual or group project with senior leadership presentation.
